FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT:
- Preparation of Municipal Development Plan and Investment Programs, Annual Development Plan and Town Plan.
- Prioritization, selection, assessment and evaluation of all programs, projects and activities for the municipalities.
- Coordinate and integrate sectorial plans for implementation.
OBJECTIVES:
- To formulate development plans and policies for the municipality
- To identify programs, projects and activities for the consideration and approval of the Sangguniang Bayan and Municipal Mayor
- To render other legal services as prescribed by law and ordinance.
