MANDATE
To carry out full employment and equality of employment opportunities for all and for this purpose to strengthen and expand employment facilitation service machinery of the government particularly at the local level.
MISSION
As a no-fee charging facilitation agency, it aims to strengthen the overall labor exchange system to address skills employment and other related concerns.
VISION
The PESO is an excellent multi-service Facility created pursuant to R.A. 8759 as amended by R.A 10691, to ensure responsive and efficient delivery or employment services leading to higher labor market outcomes.
Objectives
Ensure prompt, timely and efficient delivery of employment services and provisions of information on the other DOLE programs.
Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday ( 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. )
Who may avail the services
Jobseekers, Employers, Students, Out-Of-School Youth, Migratory Workers, Planners, Researchers, Labor Market Information Users, PWD, Returning OFW, Displaced Workers, Rural Workers Association
Services are the following
1. Issuance of PESO Referral to Local Employers

In compliance to Section 1, Rule V, Book V of the Labor Code of the Philippines in relation to Section 2 (C), Rule III of Department Order No. 40-03. The application for registration of any labor organization, workers association including all accompanying documents shall be verified under oath by its Secretary or Treasurer as the case may be and attested by its President.
